HEI Schools collaborates with kindergarten and school operators who wish to implement holistic, Finland-inspired learning in their new or existing schools. Co-founded by the University of Helsinki, the offering of HEI Schools includes: 1) a HEI Schools-branded kindergarten and preschool concept that can be extended to K12, 2) a play-based curriculum for any kindergarten to use, and 3) teacher training courses. Over 2,000 teachers use our curriculum, there are 25 HEI Schools kindergartens in operation, and we have extensive experience in implementing Finnish education in over 50 countries.

Qridi is an awarded pedagogical software for better teaching and learning. Qridi has been developed together with innovative Finnish teachers and experts based on the most recent results of studies on learning.

Qridi is a comprehensive tool that allows pupils to conduct self, peer and group evaluations, and it allows for the use of guardian and teacher evaluations in an easy-to-use environment. With Qridi, it is possible to direct and monitor pupils’ individual learning processes in a variety of ways.

Qridi can be used to evaluate and, at the same time, teach a broad array of skills (21st century skills): behaviour and the whole make up of knowledge, skills, attitudes and will. The tool has especially been designed for guidance and the evaluation of continuous learning.

Qridi is also used in the sport and business sectors, where learning and impact are crucial for individuals and groups.

Omnia Education Partnerships Ltd. (OEP) is the international commercial arm of four Finnish organizations with over 20.000 graduates on an annual basis. The OEP services portfolio includes CPD for vocational and k-12 teachers and management, vocational training quality development and audits, and Finnish National Agency for Education accredited professional diplomas tailored to sector and country specific needs. The diplomas are on EQF levels 4 and 5, and recognized in the EU and most OECD countries.

Successful school design is based on the participation of the school users. Pedagogy guides the design of the learning environment. When making changes, it is good to think about the parts of the whole at the same time: how all the activities take place in the premises, how the changes affect the order of lessons. At best, pedagogy, users and facilities are aligned. 

CDM Involver is a digital participation solution that effectively maps the views of facility users and stakeholders on the new learning environment, teaching methods and pedagogy and commits to change.

North European Business Academy (NEBA)

NEBA (North European Business Academy) is a web-based academy. In addition to online learning, the studying methods can be face to face studying or blended learning. NEBA's field of expertise is Business Start Up, Career Guidance and Teacher Training.

NEBA trains people skills they need to start and run a business. The training is practical and effective, and based on a long experience of dealing with micro, small and medium-sized companies. NEBA has 25 years of experience of helping more than 4 000 new micro businesses and 10 000 online students.

NEBA's Career Guidance services cover Online Training package as well as tailored training programs. Teachers Training is done together with Finnish University and NEBA can provide an Online training package with University certificate.

Plant Foods for Climate campaign

Plant Foods for Climate campaign offers practical tools for increasing the availability of climate-friendly, plant-based food in mass catering. These tools are intended for food services and their customers as well as policymakers. We offer a recipe bank with sustainable plant-based main course recipes that have been designed specifically for the needs of mass caterers, such as schools. The recipes are nutritionally balanced and include per-portion carbon footprint estimates. The aim of the campaign is to make it easier for food services to offer their customers climate-friendly, plant-based food every day.
