GRADIA is a recognized and awarded large-scale provider of general and vocational education in Finland, with around 20, 000 students, and over 90 qualification programmes. Omnia Education Partnerships Ltd. (OEP) is the international commercial arm of four Finnish organizations with over 20.000 graduates on an annual basis. The OEP services portfolio includes CPD for vocational and k-12 teachers and management, vocational training quality development and audits, and Finnish National Agency for Education accredited professional diplomas tailored to sector and country specific needs. The diplomas are on EQF levels 4 and 5, and recognized in the EU and most OECD countries.

The programme supports early years and primary curricula with ready-to-use classroom activities, digital tools, and a gamified app. Rooted in behavioural science and co-designed with educators, Vegemi integrates wellbeing into literacy, numeracy, science, and sustainability, empowering children to develop healthier food habits while achieving core academic objectives.

The founders, Professor Ilmari Lahdelma and Professor Rainer Mahlamäki, have been working together since the 1980s and they have won over 100 prizes in architecture competitions, which makes LMA one of the most experienced and successful Finnish offices. Their principal works include, for example, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews (2013), the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences Myllypuro Campus (2019) and the Kastelli School and Community Centre (2014).
