ELE Finland Oy provides high-quality training programs and consulting, especially in the field of teacher education, professional development and higher education globally, mainly in collaboration with HY+. Our main focus is in the Middle East, where we created a blended 2-year teacher education program.

Through its Industry Collaboration model, Novia UAS combines R&D with flexible mechanisms for innovation within its areas of expertise. The university co-creates flexible global education services with focus on skills and competencies for the future. Its Maritime Academy, Aboa Mare in Turku, hosts the largest maritime simulator center in Northern Europe and Novia UAS also offers maritime training in the Philippines and Greece.
